Officially:

Green Bay at Buffalo, 1:00 PM ET

A high of 49°F

Cloudy with a 30% chance of AM rain / snow showers

Wind - S at 10 MPH

any Buffalo residents got a feeling for what it will be doing this weekend - I'm concerned about starting any Packer WRs if snow is in the forecast....

Why? They are used to the snow in Green Bay.
even if you are "used to it" it is still tough to have a successful passing game if it is snowing. If it is going to snow I have other options rather than Jennings. But hey - thanks for the input.
Right now it is just calling for rain/snow showers in the morning. It will be too warm to snow in the afternoon, and only 30% chance of it raining in the afternoon as of right now. Things can change though. Check and see what it's doing Sunday morning.

Myth.WRS know where they are running, and DBs don't. As such, WRs have an advantage, as do QBs. Passing actually gets better.I don't have but anecdotal evidence, but I've seen a number of snow games where QBs and WRs lit it up.Mind you - it was in snow with little wind. Wind kills a passing game, especially a deep one.

I agree with Jeff here. The one thing I would add is that with snow, rain, and wind, I would think turnovers and sacks should increase.

The weather report doesn't look all that bad, yet the ranking for Favre dropped heavily during the week which has me concerned as a Favre owner (just traded for him, actually). 40+ degree weather an 30% chance of precip (along with 10 mph winds, gusts of 20 mph) isn't scary to me. So why the heavy downgrade? I don't get it. Is there something I'm missing in the report?

Reminds me of that Denver vs Oakland game were Jerry Porter had 3 tds on Champ Bailey

And as of Saturday morning I'm still not seeing anything scary on that weather report. Per the Weather Channel:

Mostly cloudy with some rain or snow showers in the morning. High 49F. Winds SSW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precip 30%.

How does this weather impact game time? It really shouldn't unless there's more to the story.

Weather is not a factor, its just a normal gloomy weekend here and the Bills still suck! GO SABRES! :banned: :football:   :pickle: :drive:

The thing is though that Green Bay's passing game is very short routes right now..something even less affected by the weather.
