I've been running two leagues for 16 years.  One a Dynasty and one 3 keeper.  But I'm looking to add more members and try a No Keeper league. 

I looking to build a 24 team / 2 Division league.  I want to make a No Keeper league, cross over games, double headers each week, two drafts, 2 QB, Longer regular season and a new format playoffs.

I'm gathering you want redraft ideas. No keeper threw me for a minute. It's generally non-keeper or redraft in these parts, mainly "redraft."

But you want two drafts? What purpose does that serve and how would that work? There are plenty of good ideas on this board but that question (any novel ideas for redraft) tends to come up often on these boards. Sometimes people are willing to take the time and give good ideas, other times not. I'd recommend you look back through the past pages of the Shark Pool and find any threads that look like they relate to your topic. I've never played in a league over sixteen before, so twenty-four with a doubleheader each week sounds like forty-eight separate results on the week, and I'm not sure how you would keep that going.

Next year they switch to a seventeen-game, eighteen-week schedule, if I'm not mistaken. If that gets approved or something, and COVID permitting. So any concrete plans might want to wait on that verdict.

I sound hesitant, but I'm posting this just so it stays on the front page and you at least get one serious response.

It sounds like you have some ideas already in mind but didn't really expand on what those ideas look like.  "Longer regular season" - what does that mean?  14 week, 16 week, ???  "New Playoff Format" - What does this look like?  What did you do before and what are you trying to change?

I assume with two 12 team divisions you are looking to have copies of players for each division.  So basically two 12 team leagues that are merged to play together.  If not, then a 2 QB league will be impossible with that many teams.  

It's hard to throw out suggestions when it seems like you already have ideas but didn't let us know how they work.

Curious to know which APP you use to manage the 24 team /2 division. We are trying to do the same.

Assuming clone players in two separate drafts, I would still advise Superflex position instead of 2QB. It's pretty much the same, but at least you have options if you're really stuck for a 2nd QB.

Is there a rule that you can carry no more than 2QBs on your roster unless you have a bye week? I realize this question also applies to all 2QB 12-team leagues, in addition to yours.

With crossovers, I don't love the idea of a player from one division playing himself in the other division. Personally, I would have more fun with a regular pool of players in a 24-team league (1QB). Just drafting ridiculously deep with all-out scrubs starting at some positions. Maybe even keep two divisions, but make it AFC & NFC player pools (as of the draft date). -OR- Just a boring old 12-team superflex. A second draft with clones and crossovers just feels like a gimmick that isn't worth the trouble, but to each their own.

Each year the top four are in the top league.

I forget the math but winner of lower two leagues gets 50 times 12 and winner of top gets 2400 minus league fee and thanks commish fee.

We do a 18 team, 2 conference league with the best team from each conference playing each other for the championship. Best league I’ve been in. So basically a 9 team league with, as an example a Josh Allen on each conference.

Boy is this true. The story isn't worth repeating, but our dynasty league lost two owners last year. Both owners rage quit by dropping every player on their team like a seven year-old. The chaos began over a misunderstanding related to the feature in MFL that allows owners to name their own stadium. The developers had no idea what they were creating with that feature

I believe our league is 72 teams, 6 drafts with 12 teams, you can trade between drafts just aren't allowed to roster anyone twice. After the drafts everything is migrated to one league with 72 teams. I think MFL will allow up to 96 teams in one league.
