Bye-week blues (1 Viewer)

So I'm 12-1 in a league mainly due to LT,AD, and Moss and it's been a rush all season long. And now it just stops. I have a bye and no matter how well my team would play this week it means nothing. Plus I'm bored too. Any advice?

:bs:

1) Watch the Pats/Steelers game. That'll be fun.

2) Plan on getting into another league next year....one that doesn't have a Week 14 bye.

3) Help your Mrs. with the laundry or decorating the Xmas tree.

When I have a first round playoff bye, I like to start riskier players who I normally would not start. I like to see how their scores on the stat tracker matches up against the other playoff teams. This way, in case I have to start one of these types of players in my first playoff game, I feel like I can gauge my situation better.

Talk trash. Contact the two players playing for the right to face you next week and provide running commentary on how inept their teams are on a play-by-play basis. "Whoops, look like Berlin threw another pick. No way will Holt get any more catches this year at this rate..."
