Calculating Deaft Lotto Odds (1 Viewer)

May need to goto Mathguys forums for this, but how would I calculate nba draft like lotto odds for 6 teams?

all I know is the worst team gets the most lottery entries (balls), the best of them gets the least.

I'm assuming you need a weighted lottery. I just Googled and found this:

So you might give that a try. I haven't used it.

Edit: I tried the "balls" system and it does the lottery for you.

I'd just tell the teams in question that this is how you're going to do it and maybe have owners there in person on that day when you use the website so there aren't any "foul" cries.

Like the ping pong ball lottery, where all 6 teams would receive a different number of ping pong balls (worst gets 6, best gets 1)?
