California Proposition 60...Rubbers in Porn (1 Viewer)

You guys like it messy huh.. I'm usually finished before he is.  Any effect on pee stuff?  That would be a showstopper.

I'd vote yes just to see/learn how they're able to maintain those rock hard, skyward pointing erections during the find/unwrap/application of the condom process.  But my personal pr0n tastes lean heavily to the sapphic and cam-girls, so this law wouldn't really effect me at all.

I like how this amendment is opposed by both the Democratic Party and the Republican Party. Finally something we can both get behind!

Good news, I really dug into this bill and looked it over.   Handies, oral, and titty ####### won't require condoms.

Still unclear on how this affects bukkake scenes
This is the kind of deep penetrating research that makes the forum great.

So it looks like Proposition 60 is on course to narrowly pass in California.  This measure will affect people in all 50 states and I'm astonished it looks like it will pass. It will require porn stars to wear rubbers in movies.  This is opposed by the Democratic & Republican state parties as well as anyone who has ever watched porn.  It will kill the porn industry in the state.  Two thing I don't get...who is in favor of this and why didn't they name it Proposition 69?
How is this ok? The State can't regulate how people have sex?

I am guessing yes as long as it is away from the Vag area. But it may be an issue for the Supreme Court to decide.

Which makes no sense what so ever.  Is this law to prevent venereal diseases and/or AIDS?  Because you can still get things from "swallowing".

Maybe it's to keep porn stars from becoming preggers?  Sorry Ken Bone.

I am guessing the motivation behind this, at least partially, is to promote safe sex.   I guess that would put porn in the educational category.

Well, considering it's not "safe" to rip off the condom and blast a girl in the eyes and mouth...  Great job gobment!
