Tampa Bay goes 9-7 and makes the playoffs.

As far as fantasy goes, Kareem Huggins has 1100 yds and 8 tds.

BTW, I'm not a TB fan.

Sidney Rice doesn't play a down this year.
Thats bold?
Not completely, no, I'll agree. But most news articles and updates have him missing half the season.

I think once he is close to "returning", there will be reports that he needs a few more weeks to "get in game shape", followed by a few weeks of rumors that he may have to shut it down. Ultimately, I think he'll have a minor setback, and you'll see the team shut him down to "make sure he's 100% healthy for 2011."

Besides, I'd say only about a quarter of the predictions in this thread could really be qualified as bold anyway.

Kevin Kolb finishes as a top-5 QB
 Came in here to post the same thing.Since that's taken I'll go with...Ahmad Bradshaw finishes as a top 15 RBAdrian Arrington (NO) emerges and finishes as a top 25 WR

Andrew Luck wins the Heisman Trophy.
Zero chance, regardless of how well he plays. If you're not on the preseason Heisman watch list, you will not win. Most worthless award in all of sports; it's about hype, not performance.

big ben rothlisberger starts in week 6 against the brownies and gets his sea-legs. none of the steeler RBs are the answer so the team turns to Ben who lights up the last half of the NFL year, making a case for league MVP despite playing only 12 games. steelers make it to the big game behind Ben "i found my religion again" Rothlisberger.

As much as it pains me to say this, I really get the feeling that Dez Bryant is about to have a Randy Moss like rookie season.

McCluster will lead KC WRs in receptions.

KC was chasing after Sproles a few years back and they have their own version now. KC will be playing catch up, they are weak/untested at TE and that's just more targets for #22. He was picked in spite of other team needs, he is a playmaker that the Chiefs need to add to their offense and the fun starts week 1 vs SD.

Brett Favre's incredible iron man streak comes to an end. His last play is just a short completion on 2nd and 10. He retired for reals this time.
I suppose if you predict the same thing year after year after year it will eventually come true.
That's not true at all. It's been at least 15 years and Famke Janssen still hasn't shown up on my doorstep soaking wet on a rainy afternoon and asked if she could come in and dry herself off.

Great posting. No player has started the season off of the preseason watch lists and then gone on to win the Heisman Trophy since Mark Ingram did it way back in 2009.

Eli will score more fantasy points than Kolb, and Chester will be Chicago's starter by week 5.
I was buying that one for a while, but that ship has sailed at this point. Chester had his opportunity, but he failed to carpe the diem, if you know what I mean.

Funny I don't get that at all. I feel he's going to have a Mike Williams type rookie season. Nothing to write home about.

R. Wayne and L. Fitz both finish WR14 or lower in PPR format.
I see Fitz, but what situation, other than long term Manning injury, pushes Wayne to >14?
I have Wayne at 80/1065/6. The reason's for the dropoff are, the number of weapons Manning has, and Wayne did seem a bit off last year. Perhaps he is losing a step,it wouldn't be unheard of at his age. With the emergence of Garcon, Collie, and return of Gonzalez... it just seems like a take what's there guy like Manning will have plenty of reason to spread it out, rather than lock in on Wayne. This still has Wayne as the #1 in indy, but I think the ball is going to get spread out a lot more. Fitz is obvious. The Cards look like a trainwreck, wouldn't be suprised if they win 5 games this year.

j finley finishes as #1 TE, jamaal charles is a top 5 back, CJ2K is NOT #1 rb, dez bryant supplants miles austin as romos number 1 target, mike sims-walker finishes as a top 15 wr, jeremiah johnson emerges as a candidate to start at RB in houston

I win the championship in all my leagues AND I win the FBG contest.

Redskins finish the season 2-14.

Vince Young finishes top 5 at QB.

Toby Gerheart finishes season with 1,000 total yards.

Adrian Arrington finishes season with 600 yards.

Todd Heap becomes irrelevant.

Zach Miller (OAK) becomes #1 FF TE.

ETA: SF wins the division with 6-10 record.

Rams win 7 games.

Sam Bradford more than waiver wire fodder and becomes a serviceable QB2.

DET wins NFC North. GB takes wild card spot, and MIN doesn't make playoffs....

.... of course I've been drinking tonight too.

Lions make the Playoffs...

Calvin J is top FF WR

Stafford cracks top 12 FF QB

Scheffler way outperforms his ADP

Mendenhall is a bust as is Reggie Wayne

MIles Austin comes back to Earth...solid season but finishes outside top 10 WRs

Season Ending injury for either H.Nicks, or S.Smith and Victor Cruz never looks back... A star is born

Schaub Ends the season with the best QB rank as far as FF points..

D-Will and Stewy make it through the entire season without injuries and wreak havoc on the NFC
