I will start...

Big Week

Jonathan Dwyer will have a big week at home against a good run defense

Cincinnati Defense will have big sack and turnover numbers at home against Dallas

Brandon Lloyd will be back on the fantasy map after this week.

Underperform

Aaron Rodgers will not live up to his lofty top qb status for the week and disappoint.

Andre Johnson will not have the huge week most are expecting.

No stats or solid reasoning for any of these...just hunches.

Big Week

Hakeem Nicks - I think he'll play this week and have a huge game, even though he had the knee flare up issue.

Larry Fitzgerald - Owners will bench him in the fantasy playoffs and will regret it. This is the week he finally blows up.

Shane Vereen - I see him being involved a lot in the screen game this week, and outperforming Ridley

Underperform

Calvin Johnson - He seems to be the biggest gimme on the board this week for a massive game, so I think he'll disappoint a little bit. I think he'll still have a solid game (something along the lines of 6/90/1), but he will not have the giant game that people are expecting out of him.

Arian Foster - The TD streak will end this week, and he'll underperform for fantasy owners.

Big Week:

Torrey Smith

Aaron Hernandez

Underperform:

ARodgers has been underperforming for 3 straight games and I think he does it again

Arian Foster will underperform as the Pats take early lead and Schaub has to pass a lot. Pats run D also stout.

Mike Williams goes over 100 and a score

Code:

So many big projections for Chris Givens this week. I'll call it that he'll be a major disappointment. I think this will be a disappointing week for Pierre Garcon as well. I think Mike Thomas will go off this week.

Adrian Peterson rushes for 300+ yards and sets himself up for the greatest season by a rusher all time.

Good

-Nick Foles throws 3 TD passes

-Lynch brings skittles back in a big way with 200 yds and 2 TDs

Bad

-Colston lays and egg with Lance Moore and Sproles stealing all his targets

-Russell Wilson/Rice/Tate put up aweful stats as it is a blowout and the Defense and Lynch run wild

I'll do RBs..

Boom

Quizz - One of these days Alice, one of these days..

Dwills - Maybe CAR will choose to exploit ATLs main weakness.

Bust

Spiller - It pains me to say this because I need him to come through, but Gailey is an ######.

Gore - Mia loves facing this type of RB and will shut him down accordingly

Boom

Kaepernick - this is the type of game that sf ROLLS in..

D Martin - Philly is a dead duck, Vegas line is Bucs -7.5 ...wow..

Ray Rice - Cam Cameron is hearing footsteps of OC who might Replace him If they fail to make it to the SB this season..he' ll use Rice to neutralize RG3, keeping him on sidelines with a strong run game.

D Murray

Mark Sanchez.yes, he's going to respond well the benching against one of the worst pass defenses in the league.Jets rare road favorites? It's a trap.they win this thing, going away..

Bust

Ridley - Houston defense is tops v.run.

Brees..

Seen a lot of hate on Rodgers this week I hope you all are right I am facing him this week. Under the radar guys with big weeks

Nick Foles - TB is best against the run

Brandon Weeden - I expect more points in this game than you would think.

Law Firm - Not sure if he is still under the radar but I expect 100 and a touchdown

Mikel Leshoure - Just a hunch.

Shonn Greene - No matter who is quarterback I expect them to feed him the ball.

Andrew Hawkins - A lot of points by the Bengals in this one and Dallas will focus on A.J. Green and Gresham if he plays

Kendall Wright - Indy will score and their defense isn't good so someone will be catching the ball

James Jones - No Nelson and Cobb burned the Lions last time, I expect him to catch a td or 2

Josh Gordon - He is becoming Weeden's favorite target look for him to score and catch about 5 passes

Chris Givens - Bills will give up yards and a scores to a receiver, he will be the guy to get them

Tony Mokeai - He has looked better and Quinn likes him

Dustin Keller - The Jets will put up good numbers in the game and someone has to catch the ball

St. Louis Def - The Bills always turn the ball over and they have a knack for taking it to the house.

Guys I like on a hunch:

Dwyer- I just think the Steelers will get up early and try and pound the Chargers into submission, 2 td's and 100 yards

Mike Thomas- I own him and could use a WR but I do not have the stones to start him but think he may put up some numbers this week and be a guy that can help teams in the FF playoffs

Rodgers- makes up for a couple of down weeks

Rice- agree with a poster above, Cam has to wake up and give him more touches

Not so much:

LeShoure- I need to play him in at least one league but have a bad feeling, no td's and more Bell playing from behind

Fitz- one more tough week but may produce in the money weeks 15 & 16 with Skelton

A. Johnson- the hoodie shuts one guy down and I'm thinking it is AJ this week

For all of u who think Bryce Brown will be a dud because Tampa is #1 against the run. Take a look at Tampa's schedule, u will see why they were number one. They played very few teams with good running backs. Here's who they have played- Car, NYGiants, Dallas, Wash, K.C., N.O., Minn, Oak, S.D., Car, Atl and Den. So, basically 1 great runningback in A.P.,and good runningbacks in Bradshaw, Charles, and Morris were the only backs that are ranked in the top 17 to 20. Carolina, Dallas, N.O., Oak, S.D., Atl and Den all have below average run games. With the way Brown is running, I would not be shocked at all if he runs for 125 and at least 1 touchdown, plus have about 5 catches for 40 yards. I think this is why Fantasy Guru's have him ranked so high this week. Just my opinion, but I think the schedule show why they are ranked #1. Good luck to all playoff teams this week.

You don't think it had anything to do with their passing defense was so bad that teams just continued to throw against them?

You are looking at this wrong, you realize that out of those 12 games they have faced the the 1st, 3rd and 5th best rushing teams in the league and they are still 1st. They also faced the 16th and 17th best which is middle of the pack. So in half their games this year they have faced an average to elite rushing team and basically shut them all down. Now they are against a rookie running back with a rookie quarterback that has yet to show he can win a game. Odds are it will be a long long day for Brown.

STUD

Tony Romo - that bad OLine vs the cincy front might be scary but let's face it he's been getting it done fantasy wise, keep riding him until he proves otherwise

Jamal Charles - he is their offense and will not disappoint

Kenny Britt - its going to be a shootout and Locker favors him out of the other outside WRs

Jared Cook - new OC, got him a ton of targets last week, his contract push starts this week, i see 8-100-1 type of stat line

Tony Scheffler - they'll be playing from behind all game, Mike Thomas is done, Scheffler will be a matchup problem on the slot, you could do worse for a desperation TE play, think about 5-7 catches in this one

DUD

RG3 - i wouldnt exactly say he will have a total dud performance but i think he performs under expectations, i think BAL controls the TOP and keeps RG3 off the field

Deangelo Williams - when will people figure out that the CAR coaching staff does not understand the concept of a running game?

Vick Ballard - no brown to steal touches should mean RB1/2 numbers right? not with Indy's pass happy concept

Andre Johnson - the hoodie will scheme to take away Houston's biggest big play threat and force them to find other guys to beat them

Pierre Garcon - if i'm calling a subpar game for RG3 then he's going to have to go along for the ride too

Brent Celek - fool's gold, dont chase last week's points

Agreed - now I completely guessed wrong on Brown last week - but I wouldn't be surprised if he had a mediocre day PLUS put the ball on the ground 2 or more times. Tampa is going to be set to strip him every chance they get.

Jermaine Gresham. Middle of the Cowboys is destroyed from injuries. This game shapes up to be a high scoring game. I don't own Gresham, but I think he is one of the best sleeper starts of the week.

Although my team is sitting pretty with a 25-point projection lead after I started Knowshon Moreno with confidence on Thursday night (and my opponent wasted his kicker slot on Seabass), I'm calling one shot that most people would consider downright unthinkable to make in a fantasy playoff contest:

BUST

Steve Smith

He went off huge (and I started him) last week in a loss against the motivated Chiefs.

But that was a huge game based around a mere 5 catches off of 9 targets.

Against the league's most giving pass defense in terms of touchdowns at 25.

This week the Panthers face the 2nd toughest pass defense for TDs allowed.

Atlanta has only given up 11 receiving scores all season.

Those scores went to the following receivers:

Kevin Boss {TE} - Week 1

Demaryius Thomas {Pro Bowl Calibre WR} - Week 2

Greg Olsen {TE} - Week 4

Kealoha Pilares {WR} - Week 4 (his only target of the game; clearly not someone the Falcons were focusing on)

Santana Moss {WR} - Week 5 (Moss exploited busted coverage in his defensive zone and broke through for a 77-yard score from Kirk Cousins after RG3 had exited the game; very flukey)

Denarius Moore {WR} - Week 6 (the one game the Atlanta D came out shell-shocked against a rested Raiders team and almost lost; Falcons were clearly thinking ahead to THEIR bye the next week)

LeSean McCoy {RB} - Week 8 (garbage time score)

Kevin Ogletree {WR} - Week 9 (garbage time score)

Jimmy Graham {Pro Bowl Calibre TE} - TWICE in Week 10

Marques Colston - Week 10 (the one loss to the Saints)

And then nothing. No passing scores for the past 13 1/2 quarters.

How many #1 wide receivers for a team do you see having big days up there? Seeing how Colston only caught for 23 yards in that Week 10 contest, I only count two: Demaryius and Denarius. And that was before the Falcons D froze out opposing quarterbacks (including Brees and Freeman) from scoring for 13 1/2 quarters.

Unless Steve Smith changes his name to Delirious overnight, I'm not starting him. Even without the TD likelihood, I can't count on a big yardage day from him. Before last week's game against Kansas City, he failed to clear 61 yards for a month against some of the most forgiving pass defenses in the league in Washington, Tampa Bay and Philadelphia.

Which means... not only am I benching Steve Smith for Kenny Britt. I'm benching him for ANDREW HAWKINS.

(I'm also benching Dwayne Bowe for both of these guys but that's hardly a bold move.)

Just one humch. Matt Schaub puts up QB1 numbers this week in a game that ought to be a shootout in New England. As much as the Texans love to lean on Arian Foster, I think they will be forced to air it out with playoff seeds and pride on the line.

I'll predict Schaub is top 5 this week.

the Steelers Defense is primed for a big week. Polamalu is back, the team is at home in a must win game, and the Chargers may pack it in with dicey weather. :bag:

Ha ha. Good call on Myers. I picked him up to replace Ryan Broyles. I wish I would have read your predictions on Thursday before the game and I wouldn't have played him.
Did you read the date stamp on his post? Or am I just falling for :fishing:
:fishing: Yes I noticed the date stamp. That's why I said I wish I would have read it on Thursday before the game. Unfortunately it wasn't there before the game.
