Can I get around MFL 10s not being allowed in CO? (1 Viewer)

I started a new MFL acc, with my brother's out of state mailing address, and made a new email adress, new profile etc because MFL10s not allowed now in CO. Made deposit, and now it sais I'm not eligible. My question is, will it not let me because thru the internet it knows I'm really in CO?

Try another one.  The VPN you were using might have still been restricted (based on the VPN server location).  Also, there are some you don't need to download - I'd try one of those first.
