Pretty much, I am 22 years old and am Managers of people in their 40's+.

Furthermore, sometimes these older people play crafty tricks on you. But god forbid you retaliate, because you're management and that would be unprofessional. But the point of this post is that I am trying to become Assistant Manager.

Can you break down how this works, meaning, are you staff or management?

Technically, I'm a Shift Lead (SFL). When the Assistant Manager and Store Manager aren't there, I'm in charge.
