I have Gomez as the only real source of steals on my keeper. I'm in contention right now and steals is not a factor. Should I try to move him for some more pop or for a SP? Is his upside such that I will regret letting him go? Is he not worth enough to move and I'm kidding myself? A little help please.

No real competition for his spot in AAA, and the Twins seemed willing to let him learn at the big league level.

As always, it depends on what you could get back for him, but he should steal 40+ bases a year and develop 10 HR power.

Steals not a factor? Well, then he really doesn't have much value, his minor league #'s don't suggest he has much to offer the fantasy owner outside of his steals...but then again...he is 22 years old...but I don't see the upside the Twins management obviously does...

I've seen this guy run in person and he may be the fastest guy I've ever seen. However, his jumps aren't the best. I'm guessing teams are pitching more wise when he's on base and that's the cause. He's also probably tired. Honestly, I think he'll only get better at base-stealing.
