CBS slow draft question (1 Viewer)

By "slow draft" do you mean "online extended draft"?
If you look at the options, you can specify any time (or no limit) desired between picks. You can even have the draft pause at specified times (at night).
In order to enable a set time between picks you must turn on the "draft robot" that will automatically make picks when the time expires. You can specify a draft list that it picks from if you desire.
It works quite well.

yes online extended draftso if I want an owner to have 24 hours to pick I would set the time at 1440 mins. if an owner does not make a pick in that time frame the system will pick for them.

If you set it so the draft robot is only in affect in the evenings (say 5pm - 10pm) is the rest of the draft active for the rest of the time. I'd like people to be able to make a pick at anytime, but only have robot pick for them during the evening. Some owners don't have internet access during the day, so I don't want the robot to pick for them during this time. But I'd like to keep the draft moving for the owners that can pick during the day.
Make sense?

i set it up for no robot. owners had 24 hours to draft. we completed a 20 round draft in a weekend

Why wouldn't you just do a live draft?AFAIK, when the robot is inactive, owners can still make draft picks. I have a CBS rookie draft starting tomorrow, I'll respond back if that is not the case. At the very least the commish can make the picks at each owner's request when the robot is inactive.
