Only owners who won a league last year for this company were invited to participate. It's a a redraft with no trading and a blind auction for ww pickups with 100 points max. Starting in week 12 the playoffs start and the two leagues can start playing each other towards a grand champ. It's got some weird scoring rules such as 3 points for a defensive win and 8 for a shutout but 0 for anything else. This will favor winning teams on defense but devalue defense a little too. There are .2 points per reception, .1 per completion, and .1 per rush attempt. With one starting RB, 3 WR's, and a UTIL it helps devalue RB's a bit. It's also a 3rd round reversal which to me really hurts those picking in the middle but we'll see.
