**Chargers at Jaguars**(+3, 43.5) 1:00 (2 Viewers)

No idea if Brian Thomas is playing, I wouldn't have high expectations even if he does. I think the Jags formula in this one needs to be get Travis Etienne going early. Chargers can be had on the ground, especially in chunks. Not really confident in anyone else.

For the Chargers, obviosuly some concerns about Austin Deculus facing off against Josh Hines-Allen (possibly the biggest mismatch across the NFL this week) but I trust Herbert to be aware of that too, and for a lot of quick hitters to be on the menu. Oronde Gadsden's injury turned out to just be a precaution, and that's great news because the Jags are as bad as any team in the NFL against TEs. This could be a smash spot for Gadsden.

Chargers-24
Jaguars-17

This will actually be a stoopid Jags win. Can’t tell you how, or offer any coherent rationale as to why…it’s the Chargers vs. the Jaguars.

Be honest with yourself…do you ever feel confident betting on any game either of these teams play?

Chargers revenge game
Chargers defense playing pretty good
Jags defense...meh
Chargers offense can score
Jags offense...meh
In a "I remember that playoff game" game of the week...

L.A. Chargers- 30

Jaxson De Ville- 19

Someone forgot to tell the Chargers to show up today. Seems like they chronically suck in Jacksonville. Are the strip clubs incredible there or something?

Oronde Gadsden.... is the honeymoon over? He has fizzled in the past three weeks.

Sure, he's been dealing with an injury. But so what? If a player starts, it should be assumed he is healthy.

I could have started Travis Kelce (who just caught a TD), but I thought this guy was a sure thing. :cautious:

5 for 68 is not fizzling

Charger players are never a "sure thing".
I got my first taste of that with Johnston.

41 yards. Not 58. I'm not in a PPR league, so he graced me with 4.10 points. That's a fizzle to me.

5/68 was week 9, one of the weeks you said he fizzled.
