Well the winning is certainly in question now but he was still banging pornstars and hookers regularly after being diagnosed. If you thought he was a baller before, I guess this would not diminish that assessment.

 
Regardless of my opinion of him you hate to hear anyone has a potentially fatal disease. I'd get some advice from Magic if I were him.

 
I wasn't even aware he's gay. Nor was I aware Charleston Heston is dead, so don't come looking to me for input on these matters. :shrug:

 
Not quite the same impact as when the Rock Hudson news came out. Hard to believe that's been 30 years.

 
It's against the law in California to have sex and not reveal to your partner that you are HIV positive. According to TMZ at least 6 women are going to sue Sheen, with more on the way.

Hell six are probably from this week alone. Sheen's lawyers are gonna make a killing here.

 
As a side note, I want to mention that my wife and two teenage daughters were not aware of the Paris attacks until several hours had gone by and I told them when I got home from work, turned off Netflix, and turned on the news. Yet they knew about Sheen within minutes of it being reported- details were being texted back and forth even as they were getting ready for school this morning- just as they knew about The former Bruce Jenner immediately.

What a world we live in.

Winning makes a lot more sense now that we know what the game was. Also, by saying he has Tiger blood, was he also outing Tiger Woods?

In their minds, Jenner and Charlie Sheen IS the real news. Terrorism, the Presidential race, the economy- that's all boring stuff dad watches. If the Kardashians aren't involved who cares?

He is denying doing this. I'm sure he will get sued but if the women don't actually have the HIV, then I'm not sure they are going to win. There were reports he made women sign all sorts of disclosure forms when the porn/crack stories broke. I wouldn't be surprised if many women signed consent forms knowing be had HIV and still agreed to have sex with him using protection.

Have any cases gone in front of the court yet? Seems like it would be a he said/she said situation in almost all cases.

 
The doctor is mostly worried about his substance abuse and mental health? How about worrying about the 5 packs a day of Marlboro reds? The guy sounds like a manhole cover being dragged through gravel when he laughs.

He's a mess. he looked like he has Alzheimer's.

 
Have a hard time believing as high as he was a lot of the time that he was fully disclosing his situation to everyone he banged.

Seems like he will be fending off a lot of lawsuits in the coming month, both real stories and made up ones.

Bree contradicting him makes me think she was someone he may have been paying off previously as she is obviously not on his side.

Just saw this in an article:

As stated in California Health and Safety Code Section 120291: “Any person who exposes another to the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) by engaging in unprotected sexual activity when the infected person knows at the time of the unprotected sex that he or she is infected with HIV, has not disclosed his or her HIV-positive status, and acts with the specific intent to infect the other person with HIV, is guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment in the state prison for three, five, or eight years. Evidence that the person had knowledge of his or her HIV-positive status, without additional evidence, shall not be sufficient to prove specific intent.”

You mentioned that "It's against the law in California to have sex and not reveal to your partner that you are HIV positive." but according to the above:

1) It must be unprotected. The way this is written he can have protected sex and doesn't need to disclose. Still a scum but not against the law.

2) It must be with the intent to infect. How in the heck do you prove that?!

He's a slime ball but isn't going to be convicted of anything.
