He's done and this is probably good news for Alfonso Smith even if he does end up on the PS.
You mean "insignificant"? Even if he was the starter he still sucks and is finished as a viable NFL RB. No flyer for me. The shark move is Alfonso Smith or stay away from all Arizona handcuffs.Or He ends up the starter. Wells has been a significant dude so far. I would take a late flyer on him.
In Chicago we have a term, it's CTIN, which stands for Chester Taylor Induced Nausea. I usually just got angry every time he carried the ball. I don't why, I'm not an angry person. No reason to get the handcuff if you could never see yourself starting them. No shot I'd ever start Chester Taylor.
Stick it to them!!!I'm sure they'll miss the 10 carries 15 yards 1 fumble he'd provide. So really you'd just be better off starting no one than Chester Taylor.I'll be watching the Arizona backfield. AZ drafting Williams spoke to me. I'm not sure I'd ever start Taylor should Wells bust out or get injured but it may be worth sticking it to an owner desperate for a RB.
If Wells goes down I'm steering clear of Phoenix. This is good news for owners of LSH, since Taylor is quite bad.Bad news for Arizona, Steve Slaton, and Tyrell Sutton.
Yipee !!!! Thanks for the info.Found this on another forum.....In 2010, he was the first running back since the 1970 AFL-NFL merger to average less than 2.4 yards per carry with over 100 carries.
Yes insignificant. I also meant Dud, not Dude. So I cant type...You mean "insignificant"? Even if he was the starter he still sucks and is finished as a viable NFL RB. No flyer for me. This is just a typical Bear fan symptom. It comes and goes.In Chicago we have a term, it's CTIN, which stands for Chester Taylor Induced Nausea. I have chronic MMLSIN, which brings on the other ailments you describe hereinIt's been replaced by RWIN.'atcdav said:This is just a typical Bear fan symptom. 2.93 yards per carry on his last 206 carries, no thanks. That's not much of a handcuff to me.For the contrarian view point...
Why did CT go from being a great pass catching 3rd down back with good running and blocking skills in MN, to be a slug the very next season?
It wasn't injury. It should not of been age (yet). He had good RB in front of him on both teams.
However in MN he ran behind a good blocking scheme with good players, and in Chicago he ran behind theworst offensive line in the NFL
Arizona - implementing Russ Grimms blocking scheme from Pitt
I think Kolb is going to need to check down to Taylor a lot. And Bernie Wells sucks. Taylor will have a RB3 type year in PPR leagues.
