Had to share this story with you all.

Had our 12 yr old Golden on a joint lubricant that we ordered from Chewy.com. By ordering with autopay we were saving over $15 instead of picking it up locally.

We had to put our dear family member down last Friday.  I called Chewy.com this week because we had received a shipment the same day we lost her.

Chewy.com not only refunded the payment to the card without question, but also asked that instead of returning the unopened meds that we donate them to a local shelter.

This level of service to customers deserves a reward.  If you have pets and get them anything from meds to treats to whatever, please check out Chewy.com. I would love to see them get as much additional business as possible.

They are great. 

We were getting shipments of a dog food that we found complaints online about dogs getting sick. I had called Chewy to see if they had heard of the complaints. They said they had not and that there were no recalls of the product, but they said if I was worried, that they would reimburse my last shipment and I could choose a different food that they would ship me at no cost. Also told me to donate the bag of original food to a shelter.

Been using them for awhile now whenever I can. Lots of great brands. I've ordered Oxbow Hay from them and am amased how quickly it arrives. I mean most of the time it's the next day, and I'm choosing regular shipping!  Awesome. Under the about us, "We are dedicated to supporting non-profit organizations that help animals in need."
