Chiefs Release S Wesley

After reportedly trying to trade him for more than a year, the Chiefs today released veteran safety Greg Wesley. His agent, Drew Rosenhaus, expects Wesley to be picked up by another team before training camps begin. "There's a lot of interest in Greg, as we thought there would be," Rosenhaus said.

Denver - Obviously a transition period for their safetys.

Dallas - A long shot here, but with the Roy Williams hate I'd be remiss in not including them.

N.Y. Jets - Has to be better than Elam or Smith.

49'ers - Would probably be the best fit.
