Cincinnati Bengals CB Johnathan Joseph has been suspended without pay for the Week 6 game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Joseph has been suspended for violating the NFL Substance Abuse Policy. He will also be fined an additional game check for the week after the Chiefs game. The suspension relates to his arrest in Kentucky last January for possession of marijuana.
A judge in Orlando, Fla., this afternoon dismissed eight alleged probation violations that prosecutors said Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry had committed. He is on two years probation in Orange County, stemming from a weapons charge there in January 2006.

Why not? The only reasons I can think of to doubt his duplication would be that he's not in game shape, or the loss of that lineman (name escapes me) influencing Palmer away from Henry's deep routes.
