Chris Perry vs. Andre Hall (1 Viewer)

Rumors of Rudi being traded - will it be Perry or Watson taking the mantle?

Andre getting GL carries in DEN.

Which is more likely to happen and who has the bigger upside?

Perry's starting, so Perry.

If both are in a RBBC, I still like Perry because of his receiving abilities, which figure to pay off especially in PPR leagues.

Perry is locked to start??
Yes, unless you buy Marvin's story (after confirmation that Rudi's being shopped) that Rudi might be able to show enough in the last preseason game to start for the team. Personally, I'm not buying it as I think it's a way of assuaging Rudi's ego after they tried to shop him in trade, and also potentially to try to puff up Rudi's perceived value to potential trading partners as a "starter".

I like Hall to score more at seasons end. I don't think Selvin can hold up, and Hall will be getting 10 carries a game anyway, plus the GL looks.

Would you want to shop a guy that is a backup or a guy that is a potential starter? The "he might be our starter" could just be to try to increase his trade value. I'd go with Perry in this comparison.

I believe that I mentioned that.

And with Perry v. MJD you'd say Perry, because he's starting?
You equate Andre Hall with MJD? Really?
:lmao: You said that Perry is a starting RB, therefore Perry is better. That's all I read. Just wondering what you were saying/wanted you to unpackage that, just a bit.

Just to confuse the issue further, what do you think the impact will be once Ryan Torain is healthy again? His was the name that I heard all preseason as Skele's favorite. If Young & Hall are decent but not overwhelming, does Torain enter and muddy things up further?

Is Perry that good? In 5 years I can't remember him being healthy enough to get an impression.

I think that what he is saying is that in this comparison Perry is starting and Hall is not.

 In a thread discussing two particular RB's, I don't see how it's a fair assumption to make that statements pertaining to those two RB's somehow apply to all RB's.

Got it. I just wanted to make sure that you weren't drawing your conclusion just based on the fact that one was starting -- which seemed to be a possibility.

I swapped Perry for Hall today. I'm a Selvin owner in a non PPR league.

Felt it was a good move to try to insure a #3 RB in the form of the Denver running game.

Hopefully Perry doesn't blow up but I felt that Cinci look like they could be headed for a train wreck of a year, and their schedule isn't the easiest either.
