9 homers in the first 13 games in 2006.....good times.

I'd like to see someone go crazy like that again....even if it is a scrub.

Shane Spencer's 1998 call-up comes to mind. The guy hit three grand slams in 67 at bats:

Code:
Year Age Tm Lg G PA AB R H 2B 3B HR RBI SB CS BB SO BA OBP SLG OPS OPS+ TB GDP HBP SH SF IBB Pos 1998 26 NYY AL 27 73 67 18 25 6 0 10 27 0 1 5 12 .373 .411 .910 1.321 236 61 0 0 0 1 0 9/7D3

Anytime I think of WIS cookies, I think Shane Spencer.

I could see Rajai Davis busting out early like this. But he won't be a late round/undrafted type guy.

Others:

Chris Johnson

David Murphy

longshot - Brent Morel

These are the toughest guys to trade when they explode in the first week. But when you have that guy, you HAVE to try to trade him. There's always that one owner who will give up too much. There's no better feeling than to watch a player crash just after you trade him. Especially with a pitcher, when you trade just before an epic meltdown.
