Haven’t seen a good analysis of long-term outlook for his injury. Obviously he came back and played just fine. But is this a boogeyman lurking around corner or is it nothing to be concerned about? Haven’t been able to find reliable resources discussing this yet.

Frank Gore tore his ACL twice before he played a single down in the NFL and he's probably a HOFer. Having said that, Chubb did have a devastating injury and there is reason for concern. Some believe he's nowhere near the player he was before the injury.
Didn’t seem to hear anything about it at the combine, which I take as a good thing. I would also bet he wasn’t the player he once was, but I think the further away from that injury he got the better he ran. He tested well at the combine. Haven’t heard any chatter about any teams worrying about his knee, so I’m drafting with confidence.

Chubb tore the PCL, LCL and MCL in his left knee and suffered cartilage damage too.
“Typically, an injury like that damages the peroneal nerve, which makes it so you can no longer lift your foot up.”
...
By December, Chubb was off crutches. In February, five months after the injury, a video leaked of Chubb sprinting on a treadmill. During spring practice, he took handoffs and ran straight ahead. Most athletes aren’t starting to cut at full speed on a surgically-repaired knee until a year after their injury. Chubb was at the start of preseason practice in August.
“It’s borderline unprecedented,” Adickes said.
...
Chubb has an NFL career in his sights too. Barring another injury, Adickes (orthopedic surgeon and former pro football player) doesn’t think that should be a problem.
“For him, being just short of one year out and performing like he is,” Adickes said. “I would think that he could continue this for another 10, 12, 15 years.”
I did hear that he's at a higher risk for Arthritis now, but that's from a random doc talking about similar knee injuries, not someone who knows his specific condition.
