Arians taking over as Colts HC whilst Pagano recovers.

No details yet about what it is, but he's likely to miss several games.

The "serious illness" that has hospitalized #Colts coach Chuck Pagano, as has been reported by Indianapolis Star, is leukemia, per sources.

 
Acute promyelocytic leukemia - treatable, but still potentially deadly. He's definitely done for the season, and it may be the end of his coaching career. Sometimes chemotherapy for this lasts up to two years.

OC Bruce Arians steps into his shoes in the interim.

Thoughts and prayers to Coach Pagano and his family.

 
Good vibes sent to Pagano and all Colts fans, cancer sucks but these type of situations put a spotlight on it and folks will rally.

Lost both parents to cancer, sad to hear this but hopefully Pagano can beat it.
