Is he worth a flex spot this week if he plays? Hard to say at this point.

Buffalo Bills RB C.J. Spiller (shoulder) was limited in practice Thursday, Sept. 27.

Spiller wants to come back this week and play against the Patriots but the Bills won't rush him back until he is ready. Fred Jackson also could play against New England on Sunday. If Jackson and Spiller don't play then we'll see Tashard Choice get the start for the Bills this week.

If spiller puts in a full practice today or tomorrow and is active I am playing him over Witten and forte in my flex.

Yes, if he plays, he's worth a flex start. He has the potential to put up big numbers on limited touches (8-10). Being a shoulder injury, instead of legs, it wouldn't be terribly surprising if he broke one.

That said, I am hoping he sits and heals, as I have the horses to go without him this week.
