fur coat from 4 oclock sucks the CC. Take the CC to noon. Use a kill squad which will live to clear off all that junk up there.
I'm gonna hit 14 soon. Still deciding on 4 or 5 hounds. 21 is the next obvious hound base that isn't already starred. 11 is too tough for TH9 pent imo, but SMN may think otherwise. It just seems too spread to me.I havent had a chance to scout bases for a second attack. Would like to try a quad lava or even a pent if one is still available.

Big fan of the 5. If you can get to an AA easy then 4 would certainly work I'd imagine.What is the general thought on what makes a better quad hound base vs. a penta base? I'm looking at 11 and 14 for either 4 or 5 hounds and not sure which makes better sense for which.
11 we don't know cc, 14 has all archers so i don't have to lure at all.
11 does seem tough but it's got some weaknesses. I'd start from the south in some way to get the double wiz tower gone in a hurry by skulls while the wiz shoot the hounds. Then if you have and AQ she can take care of one of the backside wiz towers leaving just one wiz tower that can destroy the loons.I'm gonna hit 14 soon. Meh last clan had brown wiz and it was still a success. A zap can still get them to life support and a little touch from a pup or splash damage from a loon does the job. The only thing I'd be worried about is a dragon.One thing that should be pointed out that SMN zapped the CC on 10 because it was weak sauce CC troops. Brown wiz don't die to those zaps he put down. Just saying. If this hound thing spreads to the rest of the world quickly need to be aware of that.

It's absolutely necessary to get the AQ early. You came in on the opposite side here keeping her out of range from splash damage and the pups. Come in from her near side and she probably dies when your loons take out the AA, Wiz,and mortar there. Instead she just sat cozy in the middle picking off your troops.man I suck at these. Nah not confusing your ability Im just trying to get us over the hump of blaming down heroes for the reason attacks fail. Don't get me wrong, having them helps tremendously but to instantly claim having the queen is a requirement is a stretch (then others won't try it if their queen is down and that hurts us).People confuse my ability at this game with my interest level. I would be shocked if they used gold spend. Just so much lazier and more imprecise than using DPS imho.If you could plot ranking vs. last gold upgrade and cumulative gold upgrade that would be the most useful.
Then you could point out any outliers in there and drill down to what is different about those bases whether it be walls, heroes, whatever.
I think the value of heroes might be best told in the TH8 world.
Would it help to run weekly iterations with the same bases? Bases will change over time, but each war gives a ranking snapshot, so to speak.Unless Supercell is doing something funky (or I'm not considering something important -- possible), I should be able to tell you exactly what each item is worth relative to the other items as far as determining a ranking.

Although with the cost to upgrading single bombs so ridiculous after a point, it's possible that they just wing it for their upgrade costs.
