COD: Black Ops 3 (1 Viewer)

I need an update on this game. Tomorrow is Veteran's Day and I'm going to dedicate my time to either Halo 5 or COD.

 
I enjoy it. The maps are pretty good, connections seem fine on PS4, the weapons seem fairly balanced and the TTK seems just about right

 
Most fun I've had in cod in a while. There are a couple cheesy things but they don't ruin the game. You can play it fast, but health is low (similar to bo2). Fun game.

i like that they made melee a 2 hit kill.....unless he melee from behind just like halo you have to 2 piece now

its not as good as it could be now....but theyll make the fixes after the games been played for a few weeks and this could be one of the best Cods ever....

the pace in Cod has change, dont think Cod will ever go back to the old pace of past ones....but i like that its not crazy fast like AW

Glitch lets you return to a previous spot...so he basically juked tf out the other guy

lol just get the game...classes/specialists can be pick to suit your play style imo

youll like Overdrive as a run n gunner

 
The guns seem fairly balanced, smgs are good as are assault rifles. I can't tell if anything is dominant. Haven't tried snipers yet.

 
From what I can gather from watching reviews/YT vids and from here, this is a fun game when people move and a horrible game when it is a camp/head glitch fest. At least the game is good, but it still sounds like the people you play against are the problem, which is the main reason not to play COD anymore. :coffee:

man black ops 1 was good times.....didnt get to play blops 2 as much but peeps say that was a one of the best cods ever

Despite final stand/hit detection/lag/net code (whatever you :nerd: call it), Blops1 will always be my favorite, especially when I was host.

 
Finally got a chance to really sit down and play this game. Best Cod in a long time so far. I can see the potential for head glitching to get frustrating but I feel like the verticality, speed, and specials in this game will allow players to overcome this. The skill gap is real tho.

I just wish I had more time to play this.

 
15 - 26 first game, 20-22 second.

Seems good so far sans the inevitable campers. I'm too aggressive for someone that doesn't know the maps.

 
The biggest downfall for me is no Hard Core Kill Confirmed. The other variations of the game are annoyingly camper/lag friendly.

Running into tons of laying on the ground/sitting in corners hard scoped or head glitching the past 2 nights playing death match.

I know lots of people camp at first, just seems like there are more spots in these maps to sit in corners or just having your head sticking out. Maybe it is just the new and people will learn how to get around these spots on the maps.

Yeah, learn the maps, once you do you can flank nicely. I'm able to get some higher killstreaks now (wraith/raps) pretty regularly running with SMG

you just need to unlock everything quick....especially ghost with the UAVs being spammed...

ez class> Dredge lmg - you dont even need grip lol, has no reoil /akimbo pistols/ ghost/6th sense/fasthands/thermite

If you want to rack up tons of easy points early, carry a launched with you. You can grab a ton of points just shooting down UAVs

 
Once I slowed my ### down, I started to enjoy the game more. Still haven't found "the gun", I like the Kuda and XR-2 but I haven't found that super versatile gun for CQB and Mid Range.

My only gripes are; Occasional death inducing lag(not that it's unusual for a fps) and the maps seem to have too many designed head glitch spots. I also noticed in a few kill cam or two with a sniper, their kill shots aren't even close to the player when the kill is made.

Does an LMG slow you down considerably?

It sure feels like it. I've tried them plenty, but I just can't find a use for LMGs. It feels like you should win more one on ones, but I feel the only time they are useful is when you're camping and run into a group that doesn't see you and you can mow them all down. Otherwise, they seem like a handicap.

LMGs has almost same movements as ars/smgs lol - i hope they nerf it somehow or therell be no reason to use anything else on big maps

Vesper is the best CQC in the game right now if you dont count akimbo pistols....you do need extended mags tho

VMP is the most versatile short to mid, add long barrel or rapid fire...

XR-2 is nice. these are the only ones ive been running...

the Sheiva is nice too...2 shot kill...add rapid fire even better

oh and the Pharo is also nice....lol

lots of good guns in this game imo
