Not much. Set up the pool and the LeagueSafe page. From there it basically runs itself.  Anyone can send invites. 

There are a couple quirks with the hosting site. As the pool owner you can see everyone's picks so I always had to set it up with the commish account and then use another for picks. I always had to reach out to support to get a spread added for the championship game. By default it is a pick'em.
