Those guys have had success in the league but it’s great to see comps to realistic players for this top Heisman candidate who may lead the tigers to a national championship.
Funny though, those 3 were all fairly small school prospects.

Seeing Nussmeier in person, his command is so impressive. Setting and adjusting protections, run checks, and even showed some mobility tonight. Extremely high football IQ on top of his fearless anticipation as a passer. Thought he settled in really nicely in the second half.

I’ll be on record as saying Garrett Nussmeier has the highest floor of any QB in the 2026 draft and thinking he could be at least a decent starter in the NFL
His O line is awful. Nuss can do it all, but he had a few things that he needed to clean up this year. His line is so bad, that he hasn't had an opportunity to work on them yet.
I watched a decent amount of Nuss last season because I had Mason Taylor as a devy pick. I always came away thinking Nuss was a decent QB who had limited upside in the NFL. He seems to make good reads and throw a decent ball. The down side is he is undersized and doesn't offer anything in the rushing department.
For fantasy purposes I took Klubnik over him this year and that seems to have been a mistake, but the whole 26 QB draft class looks underwhelming right now.
He's got some great WRs to throw to right? Eye test it sure looked that way this past week vs Vandy. Not impressed with the arm strength and being undersized makes me doubt he'll do much of anything at the next level. Happy to be wrong about that
