The top NFL draft prospect in tonight's Indiana vs. Notre Dame game isn't even eligible until 2026.
Running back Jeremiyah Love is a baller. He's 6-foot, 210 pounds, and has the agility to jump over USC defenders and the power to put his pads down and run through tacklers.
He's a Round 1 talent for next year.

Jeremiyah Love showcasing his full skillset tonight.
But Love with a couple of good runs late.As a runner, Price looks better than Love.

Well hello, Jeremiyah Love.
4 first half touchdowns
So I'm most likely wrong but he sort of reminds me of AP.. Probably a bad take but I'm not the best at projecting College players in to the NFL.
Cole Topham
Jeremiyah Love’s 4 touchdowns in the first half vs Arkansas did NOT happen by accident.
Notre Dame has structured its offense to get the ball in the hands of the best RB in the country early and often.
Schemed touches. Production in the passing game. Otherworldly contact balance.
It’s a simple formula — but that is how a special player like Love has a career-high day before halftime.
Let’s break down those specific play calls on film.

Jeremiyah Love presses the hole, then cuts back, and finds open grass. Explosive run

Jeremiyah Love moves the same way Bijan Robinson moves. Patient, decisive, explosive. Such a talented back.
Some team is getting a stud in the 2026 NFL Draft

Per Mel Kiper, the top non-quarterback in the 2026 NFL Draft right now is Jeremiyah Love.
"Love reminds me a lot of Reggie Bush. ... An NFL team will be able to flank him out wide and create a whole other dimension of the offense." on3.com/teams/notre-da…
Love at 5.2 YPC. Price at 6.8 YPC.
Granted 66 carries for Love and 40 for Price. Pretty big difference though. 1st Notre Dame game I’ve watched this year. Both looked really good
Who is who because Henderson can’t see the field right now ..Judkins/Henderson 2.0?

This was going to be a positive run regardless bc of the blocking. But the burst and proximity awareness of Jeremiyah Love turns it into a 94-yard TD.
Would've been a TD in a two-hand touch game.

Notre Dame RB Jeremiyah Love through 8 games in 2025...

Name a better player in college football. I'll wait.

Think Love has the chance to be top 10/top 5 pick

In this class, there's no doubt.
Jeremiyah Love is the most explosive playmaker in the 2026 NFL Draft.

Jeremiyah Love: Creative prodigy
Love how effortlessly he off-sets, sets up his man, and then explodes into space after the spin. Simultaneously fluid and fire-charged on the vertical plane.
Landing spots 100%. The two QBs going to Cleveland and NYJ scare me enough to take Love first (assuming a decent spot for him). Dark Horse could be something like Dante Moore to Vegas for me.I know too early to say definitively; but just for S&Gs is Love your current 1.01 in trad formats? Is he your 1.01 in SF formats? If not who is? If it's Mendoza like I'm guessing, would Love still be your 1.02 or is there another QB you'd consider ahead of him?
I think even is SF I'm torn right now between Love and Mendoza, and might have Love a touch higher. If you throw in a prime landing spot for Love it feels like it might move the needle to 75/25.

This isn't how Notre Dame drew it up on 4th and 2 but No. 4 is a cheat code. He's contacted four yards behind the line of scrimmage and six yards behind the line to gain but it doesn't matter. Gains 22 yards anyway.
"When you have Jeremiyah Love, it solves a lot of problems."
I wondered if I needed to qualify that about the likely QB landing spots but it seems I didn't lol. I get that it isn't the be-all end-all for QB outcome, but I view that as a sliding scale based on the individual QB talent level. And none of this years QBs impress me so much it makes me say "landing spot be damned".Landing spots 100%. Was thinking something similar, at the moment you have two teams that don't need a QB high at 1&2, if it stays that way then you have the Jets & Cleveland with a lot of extra draft capital to move up. Raiders could probably draft a guy too. None of those spots would leave me feeling warm and fuzzy. If Shough flames out to end the season, I wouldn't mind NO as a spot but for the moment they seem to want to see what he can do.Landing spots 100%. NFL scouts will absolutely love these pass protection reps from Jeremiyah Love. Happens every game.

Love has scores of 94, 48 and 56 yards in his last three games, the most recent one complete with this vicious spin move.
