I wouldn't be surprised to see McCoy put up top 10 #'s week 1.If you've got Manning as your 'starter', sure. Otherwise I've got a hard time imagining a real lineup where someone would use him week 1.
But who would you have drafted as a starter that you would actually bench for him? That's the key. High risk, low reward move in starting him if anyone else was your first QB. He might get you 1-2 points more than your actual starter, and he might get you 10-15 less...I wouldn't be surprised to see McCoy put up top 10 #'s week 1.If you've got Manning as your 'starter', sure. I got Peyton Manning & McNabb in my dynasty. McCoy is startingBut who would you have drafted as a starter that you would actually bench for him? That's the key. For two QB leagues (I'm in two), he is a viable week one start with upside. And trust me, worse QBs will be started in those leagues.Other very large leagues (20+ teams) would be another case where McCoy could present value. If you've got Manning as your 'starter', sure. If you asked what top 15, I could think of a fewIn redraft I cant see wanting to start Colt. Are we just talking dynasty? What top12 QB would you want to start McCoy over?
I guess he beats all 3.Gmen love the rook, may be OK (not great, not better, not...but OK) without OsiOh yeah and you're a Bears fan that predicted good things for Grossman. I just wanted to point that out to you is all.'Sweetness_34 said:Better plays for week 1:Grossman against a decimated secondary of the Giants and no Umeniyora eitherWhoever starts for Colts against that horrible Texans secondary ... Collins?Hasselbeck against that horrible Jax secondary
I'm more curious to see if the addition of Joseph makes the Houston secondary a tougher opponent. I think HOU defense will be a bit better than what others think.'Sweetness_34 said:Better plays for week 1:Grossman against a decimated secondary of the Giants and no Umeniyora eitherWhoever starts for Colts against that horrible Texans secondary ... I agree. FTR, I'm starting Stafford over Romo. If I had McCoy, he would be my play.I think Colt McCoy puts up more fantasy points that Tony Romo this week, call me crazy.
