**Colts at Chargers**(-1.5, 48.5) 1:00 (1 Viewer)

Very interesting matchup to me. Colts DL should destroy the Chargers OL, but at the same time, Colts are as banged at CB as the Chargers are at OT, particularly outside CBs.

Quentin Johnston is back and stepping into a great matchup, assuming Herbert can buy some time. Also, like Keenan Allen this week, I think this might be more of a down McConkey week, as he'll likely see Kenny Moore (Indy's best CB returning from injury) the most.

I think the Chargers defense gets a big boost from the return of the Mack. Derwin James is the best TE stopper in the league, he'll have his hands full with Tyler Warren. I do think Jonathan Taylor gets his against the Chargers, but I think they'll do a pretty solid job against Daniel Jones, who will be without Josh Downs this week.

Chargers cover.

This is the most interesting game of the week to me and agree with a lot of what you said. I think this comes down to the Chargers oline being able to protect and Daniel Jones staying on schedule. I think either team could somewhat implode this week to a certain extent. It could be a long day at the office for LA is they cannot slow the pass rush down, and I think there is a chance Daniel Jones has his worst game of the year. Deciding factor will be who makes the least amount of errors, in that case I would take the better quarterback and think the Chargers squeak by.

The Colts leave their dome
With a long way to roam
Justin must be quick
To avoid an ill timed pick
The Visitors secondary is a mess
So Herbert could have a big day..I guess

Two teams I enjoy watching, this should be an entertaining game

Not sure about these yellow uniforms for the Bolts, little bit of eye shock at first
Always prefer the powder blue ones

Chargers' weakness on defense obviously showing up today. They cannot stop the run, especially in short yardage... which sets up plays like the second Colts TD.

And their OL has been decimated, currently relying on their 5th and 6th OTs in this game.

To top it off, I am not on board with these uniforms. If they lose today, they should never wear them again.

Herbert is going to have to put the team on his back for them to have a chance today.

Is Quentin Johnston playing?
Is he on the field?
Herbert has thrown 13 passes and QJ does not have 1 target.

He was just targeted and it was picked. Not lying.
A nice one handed and into the body pick. Hell of a play.

Yeah, it was. I had Nick Cross on my fantasy IDP team and let him go as a rook. The roster spot I wanted was doubtfully used for anybody as effective as Cross.

Implosion goes to Chargers….

Eh, up 13 with 13:01 in the third? Not feeling the victory lap here.

I see a small problem.

Yet? And I have no ego, never looking for victory laps. I thought one of these teams would greatly disappoint, not necessarily a great prediction regardless.

Colts are a very good team, but credit to the Chargers for hanging around with all their injuries. These are both playoff teams in my opinion.
