**Colts at Steelers**(+3, 50.5) 1:00 (4 Viewers)

I prefer the under in this game
24-20 either way, Indy is the better team right now but it's not that easy just running the Steelers out of their home stadium
I think if Indy wins convincingly that it's time to start taking them seriously for not just making the playoffs but perhaps a deep run
Schedule is about to get much tougher for Indy

Colts are the better team right team
Colts have the better offense
Colts have the better defense
Colts have the better quarterback...I DON'T BELEIVE WHAT I JUST SAID!
So add it all together
I get...

Pittsburgh- 26

Indy- 24

I think this might be the breaking point for the Steelers shower curtain defense. I think its entirely possible the Colts score every possession. I think Taylor has another huge game, and I could see Jones having rushing success if they overcommit to Taylor, as well as general pass success. Everyone is in play this week. Pittman is the best bet, but I like Pierce to get deep at least once, and Warren and Downs should have space.

For the Steelers, for as long as they can keep it close, I think Jaylen Warren will have success running the ball, but when the dam breaks, it could be chaos trying to keep up. Maybe DK hits a deep one, but he's very boom/bust this week to me.

Colts-38
Steelers-10

To all the non-believers, Indy is a legit Super Bowl threat. This is a top-5 NFL team.

I think the Steelers offense matches up favorably to Indy’s defense. The problem is the Steelers defense se has been putrid and I’m not sure it is fixable this season.

I see the Colts scoring at least 35 and the Steelers offense managing 23.

Steichen has faced Tomlin as a playcaller thrice, and has pretty much made Mike's defense his kitty in all three meetings. Can't see how this incarnation of Pittsburgh's D is going to slow them down much at all. They will be incredibly fortunate to hold them under 30.

Steelers bad secondary has taken even more of a hit. DeShon Elliot was placed on IR earlier this week, on Friday safety Jabrill Peppers was ruled out with a quad injury and yesterday Chuck Clark was listed as out due to an illness.

Not that either of these two guys were great but the Steelers will be relying on Thornhill and Kyle Dugger who was picked up in a trade this week.

Was Clark's illness "playing football good makes me nauseous"? Cuz he's been suffering from that for 2 months, seemingly.

He is easily addition by subtraction, no matter what his replacement does. Can't get much worse than what Clark's brought.

Old, overpaid, and ranking either at the bottom or near it in pass defense. Not a good combination. The one thing missing from this defense is attitude. Maybe they can correct that, but I don't think it will matter.
