Looks like Irsay hired Ryan Grigson as the next Colts GM.

For those who don't know, Grigson was the Eagles Director of Player Personnel the last few years, having moved up the ranks after his hire in 2004 (as a regional scout). I personally have heard he has a sharper eye for talent than Howie Roseman (our current GM), and as an Eagles fan it pains me to lose the guy.

Any more specifics on that?I was surprised when I saw the hire, given the Eagles' poor drafting of late.
