Compare Crayton's Value.... (1 Viewer)

I'm in a 10-team auction league where wire pickups cost $$. Therefore, there is usually some value to be found on our wire. I dropped Glenn yesterday and picked up Crayton as soon as I heard the news (thanks FBG's!!), but I'm now wondering if I should have grabbed either B. Marshall or one of the Jones boys (James or Jacoby) instead as my WR#4. I suppose they're all a crapshoot until a few games are played, but of course by then it's too late.

I'm pretty sure I picked up the right guy in Crayton (he should get a fair amount of looks with TO being doubled) but Witten might blow up as the #2 target in Dallas as well. Just wondering if I should have grabbed Marshall or one of those Jones's instead. Thoughts?

I'd take Crayton ahead of all those you mentioned above.

Not even thinly veiled.Nice.
Why veil it? If the mods want to move it, it's their perogative. So, anything else to add to the conversation?
I agree - it's no exactly a "WDIS?" it's a general question about Crayton's value vs. 3 other WRs. Yes, it's specific to his situation, but I'm sure other owners are asking similar questions. That said, Crayton is now the WR2 on a good offense for a good team. Jones (GB) is the 3rd WR behind Driver and Jennings - Jacoby is 2nd (for now) on a lesser team with a new QB and Marshall has been dinged up. I like Crayton over any of those three.

I like Romo and the Dallas offense better than Denver, Houston, or GB this year as well. That bodes well for Crayton. Should be interesting....
