I have my auction draft this Sunday (Aug 30) and I've been using Footballguys Excel VBD application to generate projections for me. This morning I decided to try the DraftDominator App to see if they agreed. The auction values turned out to be very different.
I double check my league data to make sure I entered it the same way for both apps and I did but I get number like this:
Tom Brady, predicted to have about 310 points by both apps but DD sets his auction value at $105 while Excel sets it at $46
A Peterson is at $98 in DD but $73 in Excel
This is out of a $200 auction cap.
Am I doing something wrong? How can these two apps be so far apart?
