Condiments - Whatcha got? (1 Viewer)

Have been looking for a decent spicy mayo for a while with no luck. Recently happened upon Kraft chipotle aioli, which seems to be good enough.
If you have an immersion blender, making a world class spicy aioli is super easy and takes 5 minutes

One egg
1 tsp dijon mustard
salt and pepper
1/2 cup olive or avocado oil
favorite hot/spicy item of your choice. I love chipotle pepper, and include some of the adobo sauce that comes with it.

Put the egg and mustard in the immersion cup first, then the rest of the ingredients. Put the immersion blender into the container and push it down to the bottom. Let 'er rip, and slowly work the blender up.

Thanks. I'm sure it is, but just looking for something easy I can put on a chicken sandwich for the occasional quick dinner.
It isn't just easy, it's 'Super Easy'

I get what you're sayin' though.

Nobody mentioned Chili Crisp yet?

I bought something a while back I thought was this but it was horrible. Maybe I bought the wrong stuff. Teach me.

This is the one I have

Lao Gan Ma® Fried Chili in Oil

Lao Gan Ma is fantastic.

I put some kind of hot sauce on damn near everything. Mezzetta habanero sauce is my go-to. Marie Sharps Beware Hab sauce is great as well. I picked up a Sriracha from TJ Maxx a while back that is the best one I've ever had. Forget the name at the moment.

Baumgartner's mustard is my go-to, although we keep a few varieties on hand. Always stock up when I'm in Wisconsin.
within the world of mustard, horseradish mustard is one of my favorites.

1. Dijon
2. Horseradish
3. Spicy brown
4. Yellow
5. Grain
The Baumgartners kind of rides the horseradish/spicy brown line.

Almost forgot about Slim & Nunne which is the only honey mustard I can stand, and I'll spoon this **** right on a saltine cracker.

Koh Lanta Sriracha.....TJ Maxx find. Delicious.

Huy Fong (rooster) chili garlic sauce......this stuff is good on about anything.

One of the bigger cuisine things I've noticed since moving to the South is this idea that hot sauce goes on basically everything. Its hilarious

I moved to the south 17 years ago. Cannot stand grits, cannot use 'ya'll' correctly, but I have found a love for hot sauce on almost everything!

If you look in my kitchen you won't find one hot sauce container. ***Ducks head*** but youll find mayochup and mayomust because I'm too lazy to mix my own.
