Eli Manning. He puts up numbers, stays healthy and also has weapons around him (even though i'd like to see a better passing TE). Philip Rivers is no slouch either, but I don't like the weapons around him nearly as much. Robert Meachem isn't going to replace what Vincent Jackson brought to the table.
I'm intrigued by the 2 rookies, but can't rank them this high just yet. For every Peyton there's a Leaf.
Edit to add: Actually for every Peyton there's a bunch of Leafs.

I'm concerned about the lack of weapons for rivers. If he has a year similar to this one he will fall in the rankings and be difficult to trade.

depends on team and context of draft. Who goes first in a start up? I think Eli is more valuable than Luck, but if Im in re-build mode I certianly wouldnt take Eli for 1.03.

Luck/1.02 or 1.03 has a higher ADP than Eli so far this offseason.

I think it shows how short sighted people are in dynasty sometimes. Luck is the most hyped QB ever,if you're in a dynasty league and you have a shot to take him vs Rivers, Manning, Romo, etc... you have to take it imo. These guys are second tier QBs that are over 30 years old. You pass on Luck for Rivers and you may regret that decision for a decade or more.
Usually I would be with you. I would have taken proven veterans over Matt Ryan, Cam Newton, and Sam Bradford when they first entered the league, but Luck has the potential to be the next great QB. Prospects like him do not come around very often, and once they are entrenched on a team they are nearly impossible to pry from their owners.
