I just moved to a new company and does mostly grading and utility work.  

What are your requirements for putting a job on the WIP?  We currently do almost every job no matter the size.  

Anything particularly useful you guys do in your meetings to help improve the company?

As a buyer, I've sat in on these. Mostly to brief the PM's on material that's been ordered and/or received 

I would say WIP meetings are mostly about scheduling manpower.
