Cowboys at Redskins (1 Viewer)

On the bright side....usually when Romo starts off cold he finishes hot.....usually about 3-6 points less than what is needed to win but he will put up a lot of yards.....

best matchup of the night? Deangelo Hall is trash.. what am I missing here
Its a battle of ten cent heads with short tempers. Should be amuzing.
Go away
I generally agree with you about sweeney, but right now you're being the distracting one. Come on.
Sorry...will try to ignore. Cant stand him
 Now I hope we crush you!

It was a bad block, should've been flagged and then you completely failed in your retort to me. Seems like you're the one that needs to go away.
At the commercial I rewatched that play just because it seemed interesting to me that you guys were arguing about it, it actually looks to me like he very much lead with his shoulder. I am not expecting that he will get fined for this block at all, but I could easily be wrong. Seems like a clean block.
Looked to me like he made contact with the head. Even if the contact starts below the head, it's still illegal to hit the head. Plus iirc, the rules state that if the blockee can't see the guy coming and the blocker is heading towards his own EZ then it's a blindside. Not that they call these things consistently all year long but they've seemed to be pretty liberal with flags for those types of hits late in the season.
He definitely did make contact with the head and the blockee definitely did not see him coming so you are probably right (and I am ignorant to the rules apparently).

Defenseless player defined as
A player who receives a “blindside” block when the blocker is moving toward or parallel to his own end line andapproaches the opponent from behind or from the side
Prohibited contact includes
Forcibly hitting the defenseless player’s head or neck area with the helmet, facemask, forearm, or shoulder, regardless of whether the defensive player also uses his arms to tackle the defenseless player by encircling orgrasping him

The amount of commercials during a game is ridiculous these days but on Sunday night it is really out of hand. I mean really.

Dallas has turned the ball over twice, on the road and now has 2 first downs and they are tied. They can't play any worse, bad news for Skins fans.

Luckily whoever wins this game gets to play Seattle away from Seattle. I dont think anyone wants to go to Seattle right now.

Really impressed with Russell Wilson.
