There sure are a lot of Lions QB threads floating around this place. It's funny reading so many posts about how "Orlovsky is clearly not the answer", "Stanton should be playing now", and "Culpepper is an improvement and will be starting in three or four weeks". The fact still remains, nobody will look good or be an improvement behind that line, and if any of these prognostications come true, we will be reading posts like "Culpepper clearly is washed up", or "Stanton was a waste of a pick, he's awful".
Orlovsky has done nothing to lose the starting gig. If he had a halfway decent line, he could put up just as good, or better numbers than C-Pep or Stanton could. There are a lot worse problems with the Lions than their QB situation.
