Curtis Lofton (1 Viewer)

Don't know much about this guy to be honest, but drafted him as my LB1 this year due to the fact that I waited at D this year and based on FBG writeups. My league uses standard IDP scoring. Not sure how confident I am in this pick, any feedback on Lofton from guys in the know?

One of the later notes in the first thread about Lofton coming out in a few nickel situations during the preseason could be a concern, or it could be the Falcons getting other guys on film and trying out other bodies in the 3-3-5 they use. Tomorrow's pretty solid matchup against the Dolphins should be a good first indication.

Nice pick - so so defense - should result in plenty of chances - - I have him as a LB 2 ans know I will get 100+ tackles this year He is smart - does not get fooled and improved his pass coverage this offseason - if he can continue to pick up the backs out of the backfield he shoudl stay on the field all three downs

When he did stay in he broke up a few passes. The more he performs the more he'll stay in in my opinion. By game 2 or 3 he should stay in all the time.

I would have taken it too, had I started him--dang it! I went with Laurinaitis instead (though he seems to be doing fairly well at the moment). Also had David Harris on the bench: 10 tackles, a sack, and a pass defensed.

Yeah OK. Chillar has been the best GB LB. Last year he was their best LB as a well. Even if he doesn't start is he worth starting?

I waited on LB in my draft and picked up Lofton. Very glad I made that move. He is a stud so far.
