Custom Player Rankings - Drag and drop style (1 Viewer)

Looking for a template or website to use to update my personal rankings/values for my dynasty leagues that can be regularly adjusted. Also need to be able to mark players as rostered/under contract by other teams and their contract value/length, etc.

What does everyone do for personal rankings other than pen and paper?
