I can see doing some pretty stupid things to protect or stand up for someone you care about. You just can't do it where there are witnesses and/or cameras.

A few observations.

1. Horrible…..I mean horrible parenting right there.

2. Middle school kids are already the worst stage….we know that. Clicks truly form, bullying and cruelty goes to the highest levels and to see some kid have zero….I mean zero fear nor respect for an adult by dropping this guys drawers…..shows the state of youth and horrible parenting all around on every level here.

Once the shorts are down and he's still aimed at the bully, doesn't this turn into sexual assault charges?

He immediately bends down to pull up his shorts so I'd guess No since the exposure was not by choice. But not wearing underwear is nasty. And he could probably face charges for the intimidation/physical contact with the kid.
