When can they get out of Zekes deal? Zeke has no burst left and is basically a dime a dozen plodder.

This is their out year. It happens this offseason. If he doesn't restructure or something like that.

Right now Zeke is basically a goal line- short yardage type of RB that can easily be replaced.
It's 11M in dead money to cut this year.
The last play of that game was an embarrassment to the sport
I was just coming in here to post this. The game was over anyway but any coach that drew that play up should be fired. Zeke ineligible, 4 yard pass, game over. The last play of that game was an embarrassment to the sport

Almost as bad as last year.
You just should never give big money to a RB in today's NFL. Put the money into QB, WR, OL. Think the Cowboys felt they had to double down since they drafted him so high. We'll see if the Giants do the same with Barkley. When can they get out of Zekes deal? Zeke has no burst left and is basically a dime a dozen plodder.
Fellow Cowboys fan at the bar when Shultz half assed that catch- “this is the most Cowboys way to lose”.The last play of that game was an embarrassment to the sport

You can’t make this **** up
I was entertained. It was like watching a trainwreck. The last play of that game was an embarrassment to the sport
The odds of scoring were slim, but I was expecting an entertaining final play. Not sure why Dak threw it as the WR was blanketed with no chance to lateral.

"They won a playoff game, that's only happened 5 times in the last 27 years. They should have a parade today in Dallas."

Schultz had two bone headed plays in a row on that drive. Going out of bounds backwards also.Fellow Cowboys fan at the bar when Shultz half assed that catch- “this is the most Cowboys way to lose”.The last play of that game was an embarrassment to the sport

True, there were a couple bone headed plays at the end. Schultz did seem way too nonchalant those last 2 catches. Needs to be aware of situation.
The SF RB could have blown the game by not going down after picking up the first down but going OB to stop the clock. Goes down the game is over.

I have seen that defended that if he lets that go it can burn 10+ seconds if it does not immediately end up in the endzone

I mean even Christian McCaffery - yea, he's good, but. 4 of the top 5 leading rushers didn't make the playoffs.
Truer words never spoken.

ouch, that is harsh. agree with others in here that it seems true, but man if i am a player on that team that stings and i would think to leave

He's also taking some heat from someone running the Dallas Cowboys' Twitter accountPrescott taking some pretty good heat today from the pundits on NFL Network. Watching the replays he easily could have had 4 INTs.
That used to be a good show. Now it’s simply buffoons trying to get clicks like most of the garbage on sports tvThe truth hurts."They won a playoff game, that's only happened 5 times in the last 27 years. They should have a parade today in Dallas."

I scrolled up for a short bit before posting this, but didn't put a lot of effort into it, so apologies if this has already appeared.
Seems like Jeruh is pretty pissed at Dak - he forgives everyone and everything but Dak and then has the Cowboys official twitter site post this.
seems like the real deal
yikes
Unfortunately he's not middle of the pack. He's top 3rd. He's in that Kirk Cousins area where owners can't get rid of them because they win games in the regular season but always seem to come up short in the post season. It's so hard to find and develop a QB in this league. I think Jerry will get a new coach before getting rid of Dak.Prescott taking some pretty good heat today from the pundits on NFL Network. I really like Prescott as a person, seems like a really good genuine guy. Reality is he is a middle of the pack QB right now and looks like he has slowed down as a runner as well. Jones has to roll with him at least for another season then make a decision on QB.
I think you probably answered your own question, there are not more Cowboy fan fights, it probably just gets more media attention. And people in Texas like each other just fine. Drunk people, after a bitter playoff loss, now they might be prone to getting into fights. Just a thought. And I saw Silver Linings Playbook. Eagle fans get in fights too lol.i come in peace with this one because it is a bit of a serious question. Why in the world are there so many fights at Cowboys games between Cowboys fans? is it simply more publicity so it gives a false impression, more phones and people loving to post these fights on social media, or what? i don't think i have ever seen a fanbase from any of the major sports internally fight so much, does it have something to do with Texas being kind a state where people dislike each other a ton? seems strange, and wondering if it is a thing, or just gets more media attn than other teams:

Once Again, Cowboys Fans Beat the Stuffing Out of Each Other

It’s like the fans know their team can’t beat anyone in the playoffs, so they beat the **** out of each other instead. Some thoughts on...www.crossingbroad.com
I agree. Cousins is a good comparison. Good enough to put up decent numbers and win more than lose. Both Cousins and Prescott are prone to the big INTs in crunch time.Unfortunately he's not middle of the pack. He's top 3rd. also mutual combat is legal in Texas as long as there is consent...I think you probably answered your own question, there are not more Cowboy fan fights, it probably just gets more media attention. I just looked and Elliott is only 27. Hard to believe how fast he has declined in ability without having serious leg injuries.
What happened to have this drop off? If Dallas let him go I doubt he would get much more than the Vet minimum or a 1 year deal from any other team.
Pollard is more talented although now he has a broken leg and needs surgery.
Looks like Quinn is staying in Dallas
Awesome and very surprising news
