This is pure speculation, but I would say it's built upon some very concrete history of seeing/hearing Pickens for the past three years; does anyone really think they are getting a discount/great price on him even if he's signed this year instead of next? Where do we honestly think Pickens is rating himself amongst other NFL wide receivers with regards to a contract? Feels like it will be a headache either way IMO. Should be interesting at least as he shares an agent with Micah Parsons, who is also seeking a new deal.Sounds like a third rounder. Hey, when you give a fourth for Mingo, I guess Pickens is worth a third.George Pickens to Dallas ?![]()

If it involves draft picks it is Interesting timing since it will not involve 2025 picks.
That Mingo trade is an all-time head-scratcher…it will never make sense.
This is an interesting deal…I am not a Pickens fan but this seems like a really nice fit…Lamb and Pickens is a serious 1-2 punch if Pickens can keep his head on straight…the x-factor is the contract…do you pay Pickens now or wait a year…either way is risky…if you pay him now and he is an issue you will regret it…if you wait a year and he lights it up I don’t see him giving any discounts…gonna be really interesting to watch this unfold.
Agreed…but if he has a monster year in his contract year it takes things to another level because now he may actually have some hand.
