Tue, Sep 4 Sproles (knee) practiced on Monday, reports the New Orleans Times-Picayune.Recommendation: Sproles should be good to go for Sunday's opener against the Redskins. Sproles makes for a solid flex play in most standard leagues and a very good starting option in PPR leagues.

I've fielded a few offers due to a hellacious week of byes. One included Shady but the other players involved had me giving too much. I'd have to be pretty blown away to sell at this point. Its a PPR return league where he is currently 4th in overall points behind Foster, Charles and Rice. He certainly hasn't been lights out as of yet, so if you do want him, now might be the time.

I've actually been shopping him in a PPR league where he's on my bench. Nobody is willing to give much. I'm surprised but don't mind keeping him. If I needed a RB he's one of the players I'd be looking to get.
