What's a date?
My wife and I have gone out once in 10 months. We have four kids, two having cystic fibrosis. It seems like every time we have a date set up, someone is sick. That and it's pretty rough finding a sitter that is comfortable watching that many kids (oldest being 8), competent enough to do oversee treatments for the two with CF and available when we are free to go out.
Pretty much sucks. Those of you who enjoy a strong dating life with your spouse, be grateful and enjoy it.
