Patrick Bateman

No one knows why. Took his own life with a shotgun. I'm sick to my stomach. Talk to your kids folks. You never know what they're going through.
Dude, you're one of the few people I actually seriously dislike...& I'm a pretty nice guy. "Something's rotten in Denmark"...Why would you post this without any significant context? No one knows why. This is horrible. My God. No wordsNo one knows why. Took his own life with a shotgun. I'm sick to my stomach. Talk to your kids folks. You never know what they're going through.
Considering Batemans posting history I think Kafka is on point. Now here's a post you don't see coming.![]()
It's what many of us were thinking...Now here's a post you don't see coming.![]()
What is wrong with you? Have some compassionKafka said:Ok...thanks for sharing....WTF, dude? Do you propose any solutions, other than the trite? Stop being a ####, & post elsewhere ...I say this because I don't trust anything you post...& if you think its schtick, it's not...because some of us actually care about our daughters, & don't....you know what...
eta: shouldn't of even responded...

Pretty simple - up until now Bateman has only made posts that made him seem to be an insane person - hard to know if this is legitimate or made up. This is the guy who posted that he touched himself while in his daughters bed - I have to assume the whole alias is schtick and this is a sick joke.I'm confused by a couple posts
Did Squiston post in here?Does this have anything to do with making fun of tweets?
I'm a ####, & I acknowledge it...but #### whatever this ####### has to say... he's obviously a sicko alias, & more power to you; whatever gets you off, ####face.Pretty simple - up until now Bateman has only made posts that made him seem to be an insane person - hard to know if this is legitimate or made up. What's the name of the school? This is not a joke. Granted, I have made many assinine posts here. This is real. I'm struggling to talk to my daughter about this. There are no words.
Why would he answer that? If you don't believe him just leave the thread. Pretty simple. What's the name of the school?
Don't read the soccer thread I seewhat the actual #### is going on in here?
Interesting that you find this a joking matter.Does this have anything to do with making fun of tweets?
Talk to your daughter. I lost five friends in 9 months my sophomore year in high school all due to suicide. We all knew each other and the depression became a snow ball. Today i still get emotional thinking about it. We had counselors, interventions, etc, but by the time those started, after the third, it had become so dark and full of despair it didn't matter. Don't wait, talk today/tonight.Patrick Bateman said:No one knows why. Took his own life with a shotgun. I'm sick to my stomach. Talk to your kids folks. You never know what they're going through.

It was in reply to the calling out the op. But, carry on.Interesting that you find this a joking matter.
Since you didn't quote anyone, it was difficult to ascertain that. But, carry on.It was in reply to the calling out the op. But, carry on.
You might want to get your daughter a therapistStill don't have any answers, but did find out that his father committed suicide ten years ago. So sad.
I see you have been to the Christine Michael and Spencer Ware threads within the shark pool.I'm confused by a couple posts
Coping the best way that we know how. Therapists were at school yesterday. Tough for kids that age. No easy way to go about it.Sorry to hear that 3C's. My mom tried when I was in 7th grade and has struggled with depression her whole life.
I'm constantly on the lookout for signs in my kids, friends and family members, as like you, many of us have been touched by these tragedies. I'm very vocal about asking questions and trusting my intuition; keeping it out in the light rather than a taboo topic. Watch out for each other my friends.
I hope Bateman's daughter has a professional she can talk to. All my best.
