Personally, I would drop Scott and Smith for Sanders, Davis or Jones ...

I agree. Scott could be decent, but I really like the upside of Sanders/Davis. Cleveland is playing with a 3 DB rotation, and when Pool comes back it will be a 4 man rotation. Too many revolving doors for my taste.
