no celebration that I saw.stop hatin'The guy FINALLY makes a tackle on Owens, and he feels the need to celebrate.Today's trash talking WRs and CBs - keep 'em
BS.... look again, he was doing all kinds of motions with his arms in TO's face. He may have won ONE battle, but got killed in the war.no celebration that I saw.stop hatin'The guy FINALLY makes a tackle on Owens, and he feels the need to celebrate.Today's trash talking WRs and CBs - keep 'em![]()
Nowhere near as overrated as Roy Williams, S Dallas Cowboys.
He did look good chasing TO from behind on the deep TD. Very stylish.no celebration that I saw.stop hatin'The guy FINALLY makes a tackle on Owens, and he feels the need to celebrate.Today's trash talking WRs and CBs - keep 'em![]()
Overrated if someone is saying he is better than Troy P. Other than that... not so much. He is the hardest hitting player in the league. If he is having to run step for step with a WR he loses his edge but if he is put in a position to come the other way... whether its to the ball or the player it ain't pretty. He doesn't even need a head of steam to do it. 2 steps and that player (wr,te, rb, qb) is going to be going to be having a bad day and their day or year might be over.Nowhere near as overrated as Roy Williams, S Dallas Cowboys.
That's nice and all, but hitting hard is probably the least important job of a SS. The problem is, Roy is rarely in position to make those hits because he can't cover and comes up empty on a lot of tackles. While he may hit hard, he is greatly overrated as an NFL SS. He just doesn't do enough good things at the position to warrant the hype he gets, and he's a## should in no way be going to his 4th straight Pro Bowl this year over a truely great all around SS like Adrian Wilson from ARIZ.Overrated if someone is saying he is better than Troy P. Putting the fear of god in WRs going across the middle in this, please protect the offense, period of the nfl is more important than your saying. Also 5 ints and 2 FF? How many good things does he need to do? And I would disagree on missing tackles. Did you see the game tonight against Atlanta? He overpowerd an offensive lineman and tackled one of the hardest guys to tackle in Vick at the same time. I watch every cowboy game and he tackles very well. I do agree that Wilson is a good safety though but he plays for Arizona which has a defense that is ranked at the bottom of the league. Your not going to get credit in Arizona until the team starts winning and the defense starts stopping people. That's nice and all, but hitting hard is probably the least important job of a SS. Roy is pretty awful in coverage, but that isn't his strong suit and never was. He is a HUGE safety, probably the biggest in the league. There is a reason he plays SS and not corner guys. I honestly would draft or add both a SS and FS and move Roy to linebacker where he would just destroy people. But this crap I see people post about him being a poor tackler is funny. Roy is exceptional at everyhting but covering.Putting the fear of god in WRs going across the middle in this, please protect the offense, period of the nfl is more important than your saying. Jerry Jones was on record this week as saying Roy W's future is probably at LB. Id agree with calling him one of the worst "safties" in the league.Roy is pretty awful in coverage, but that isn't his strong suit and never was.
