Would you run New Orleans hot defense out against Green Bay's decimated offense of line and backup quarterback

or

Play Tennessee's pedestrian defense against the Cleveland Browns.

I certainly would have felt better if they could have scored some fantasy points against the Colts last week

If those are your only two choices then I'd say go with New Orleans.  Tennessee hasn't done anything lately to inspire much confidence in them, and New Orleans is at least playing very aggressively lately and have the hot hand as you said.
